Since you've found your way to this site, you're probably interested in improving your health through proper diet and exercise. This post will help you get to know this community a little better by showing you where to find important information on rules, contests, forum organization and help with features such as posting, messaging and updating your profile. If you haven't registered yet, please take the time to do so. It only takes a few seconds.
Rules
No community can function properly without a set of rules. Before you begin posting, please make sure you're familiar with the rules of this forum. No one likes excessive regulations so I've kept them short and to the point. Read the rules here.
Introduce Yourself
The first thing to do after you've signed up is to post an introduction thread. You don't have to give us all your personal details, but you can let the community know your name, where you're from and why you joined up. You can also read past intro posts so you can get to know the people who have already joined.
Question and Answers
You may also have questions on contests, post counts and max bench press points. All the answers to these types of questions can be found at the forum FAQs.
Profile
Every member has a profile that includes information such as your hobbies, favorite exercise and food. You can also upload a small picture of yourself or other graphic that represents who you are (an avatar). All new members should visit their User CP (CP is short for control panel) to update their profile settings.
Forums
The articles forum is where information on diets, exercise and staying healthy will be posted. These articles will lay out what you need to do to lose weight, gain muscle, eat healthy and a lot more. If you want to contribute an article, click the new post button while in the forum and you will be notified if it is approved.
