Hello and Help with burning legs
Looking for some help with cardio and burning legs. I'm 5'9 , 200 lbs, 29 years old man.
About 10 minutes into any form of cardio, my calf muscles burn really bad. front and back. then it gets tight and i can hardly keep going.
Is there something wrong with me or any good stretching that will help with that?

Stretching before might help. You can also look into a a supplement that contains taurine to help improve circulation during exercise. You say any form of exercise. Does this include biking and swimming that don't use too much calf or mainly just running?
