sit ups
Do you do sit ups for abs? It's probably one of the most traditional exercises for your midsection but few people do it. I do them sometimes but they tend to bother my groin muscles.

I don't really do them. I do leg on the pull up bar since it's better for your core. Also, there are these modified situps that I've been doing. basically you put your legs over the cushions for the lat pull down machine. Then, you fully extend your arms out at your sides making a T shape. Slowly lower yourself to the ground squeezing your abs. Stay there for five seconds. Then raise yourself back up slowly pulling your arms into your chest.
Hopefully that made sense, they're basically weighted situps and a longer stretch
