I work four days on/Four days off... gives me an 8 day cycle. I usually take one of these days and eat what ever and how much I want... Normally the day before going back on shift. This way I'm active and hopefully get a good start at working it off again.
I don't usually give myself cheat days!! The moments happen, so I don't need cheat days!!
