    Pullups is an exercise that a lot of people have a difficult time with. This week's challenge is: how many pullups can you do in 1 set?

    I usually do about 22 for my first set. But I could probably get another two for 24

    After 26 they got sloppy.

    I can do 10 now, though I started off not being able to do 5 a few weeks ago.
