Default March 7th - Best Supplements

It seems that everyday a new supplement is released that promises better and quicker results. Which supplements do you think are the most effective and why?

Probably the Creatine, Herbal Extracts, and Energy drinks. Most Pre-Workout ENergy drinks have some sort of Creatine in them that is naturally made by the body so an increase in it is bound to have some growth effects muscle wise. As for the Herbal Extracts... if they're herbal they don't need to be evaluated by the FDA so there's bound to be sometihng illegal in them haha

I was always against herbal extracts. A lot of them can interfere with medicine and most seem to be just a waste of money. But you have a good point, no supplements are really regulated by the FDA so all the claims made on the labels are usually just garbage. What kind of herbal extracts are you taking?

As of right now I'm not taking any herbal extracts. But I know there's a new fat burner/thermogenic out there called Oxy Elite Pro which is herbal and it works extremely well. So well that it's hard to believe there isn't ephedrine in it.

Is ephedrine still banned? I thought I heard sometime ago that a court was forcing the FDA to lift the ban.

Well it's not entirely banned. I mean you can't sell it as just plain ephedrine. I know some asthma medicines have Ephedrine in them such as Bronkaid
