I try and go to bed around 10 or 11 on weekdays and wake up around 6:40 the next day. On the weekends with wrestling I do about the same thing. Off season I sleep until 11 or 12 haha. I like to think I get enough sleep in the off season but when I wake up and i'm exhausted I say to myself "ok I'll take a nap when I get home from school" but once I get home I can't fall asleep so it kinda sucks ha
I usually sleep an average of 7 to 8 hours. I think it is quite enough, because the advised amount of sleep is 8 hours for grown-ups. However, I sometimes feel a little sleepy in my work hours.
I try to get 6-8 hours of sleep. If I could get more, I would. I not a morning person and hate getting up. I could easily sleep for 10-12 hours every night but I think my boss my be upset. Once I do get up, I'm usually energized and ready for the day. I feel like I get plenty of sleep but I just hate getting out of bed when I first wake up.
