I do different crunches (reverse, standard, cable, tuck), two times a week. Works for me

Right now I'm doing some 300 workouts to improve my 6 pack abs. Aside from this regular diet is the most important. Maybe you guys try the 300 workouts. It's cool!

Here are my 3 favorite abdominal exercises in which none involve lying on your back and curling your shoulder blades off the ground, or any type of movement that requires you to perform hundreds of situps while lying on the ground.

I tried a new ab exercise today at the gym. I suspended from a pullup bar and did leg lifts. The motion is awkward at first and you have to get in a rythm to prevent your body from swinging

I've tried those before and I like them, though it gets some getting used to. You also have to concentrate to keep yourself from swaying back and forth.

Find a GHD machine or rig one up at home and you will feel the meaning of soreness. Make sure you know about rhabdo before doing these.
